About the role:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Managing and taking bookings
- Working alongside other staff to deliver best outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Promptly answering calls and taking enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain files and documentation
- Work with the other receptionists to ensure smooth running of the front desk
- Administration including typing, data entry, processing mail and photocopying
- Updating financial records and invoicing
- Taking payments and billing
- Generate reports as requested
- Order and receive office and practice supplies
- Keeping the offices, waiting room and kitchen clean and tidy
- Requirements:

- Computer literacy including use of Microsoft suite
- Experience with Genie PMS
- At least 2 years medical reception experience.
- Hours are from 08.30am – 5.00pm
